How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link on your order confirmation page, and we'll email the same link to you. No physical item is shipped.
I didn't get the email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder. You can also download from your order confirmation page. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend your files.
How do I open a ZIP file?
On a computer, double-click it to unzip. On iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app. On Android, use the Files by Google app. Downloading on a computer is easiest.
Can I download on my phone?
Yes, but bigger files and ZIP bundles are easier on a computer or tablet.
Printing
What size are the printables?
Most pages are US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). They also fit A4: choose "Fit to page" in your print settings. Wall art and other sizes are listed on each product page.
What paper should I use?
Regular printer paper works for most pages. For coloring with markers, cards or anything you'll handle a lot, try 65 lb cardstock. For wall art, use matte photo paper.
Can I print at a print shop?
Yes. Save the files to a USB drive or upload them to a print shop like Staples, Walgreens or Office Depot.
How many times can I print?
As many times as you like for your own personal use.
Spreadsheets & digital planners
Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Yes. They're Excel (.xlsx) files. In Google Sheets, go to File > Import and upload the file.
How do I use a digital planner?
Open the PDF in a note-taking app like GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo, then tap the tabs to jump between pages and write with a stylus.
Using our designs
Can I use these in my classroom?
Yes. You can print copies for your own home, family and single classroom.
Can I sell or share the files?
No. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files. Each purchase is for one household or one classroom.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because downloads are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is broken, missing or wrong, we'll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
